Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß mit Doppelfenster und liegt im 1. OG. Die Lage in einer Seitenstraße führt zu einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Fenster schaut hinaus gen Osten. Man wacht also mit Sonnenschein im Gesicht auf. Es liegt neues Laminat im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird an sich möbliert vermietet. Die Möbel sind neu oder neuwertig, weshalb ich diese für 160 € verkaufen würde.

The size of the room is 15 square meters with a double glazed windows and is located on the 1st floor. The location in a side street leads to a very quiet location. The window looks out to the East. So you wake up with sunshine on your face. There is new laminate flooring in the room. The room is rented furnished in itself. The furniture is new or like new, so I would sell it for € 160.
Lage:
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle Lößnitzstraße oder 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof Neustadt. Von dort kommt man nach ganz Dresden. Zum Beispiel mit der 3 in 20 Minuten an die Uni.
Ein paar Meter weiter gibt es einen Lidl. Imbiss und Restaurants sind auch in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Transport links are excellent. 3 minutes to the tramstop Lößnitzstraße or 5 minutes to Neustadt station. From there you get to the whole of Dresden. For example, with the 3 in 20 minutes to the university.
A few meters away there is a Lidl. Fast food and restaurants are very close walking distance in 10 minutes.
