Ich möchte mein kleines Apartment für fünf Monate vermieten, da ich für eine Zeit nach Hamburg muss.
Es hat ein Doppelbett, zwei Sessel, eine kleine Kommode, ein Fernseher und Internet.
Da ich selber beruflich viel unterwegs ist, dient es mir immer als kleine Base in Berlin. Und als solches eignet es sich auch
Es ist verkehrsgünstig sehr gut angebunden, man braucht nur 3 Minuten zur U2 und zum Alex ist es eine Station. Von Dort gehts dann in alle Richtungen mit SBahn, Ubahn, Bus oder Tram.
Auch zu Fuss ist man schnell am Alex.
Einkaufen, Cafe trinken oder ausgehen, alles im nahen Umkreis
Suche jemanden, die gut auf meine kleine Wohnung aufpasst
Für eine Person ist sie perfekt, aber auch für zwei ist sie zumindest für eine kurze Zeit ein schönes zuhause.
Da ich schlecht erreichbar bin, ist eine Mail immer besser. Ich freue mich auf Eure Anfragen
