The room is 18qm big and is a part of a 3 bedroom apartment.
Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer mit einem Schrank, zwei große Sideboards, Schreibtisch, Bett (1,60mx2m) TV - Apple TV, zwei große Fenster sorgen für ein helles und freundliches Ambiente.
The room has a cupboard, 2 big sideboards, bed and TV. Two big windows make the room bright and friendly.
Since 2020 I habe a mini Gym in my room. So a good workout is possible.

2 Minuten zur U-Bahn Giselastraße. (U6 und U3)
5 Minuten zum Englischen Garten
Im Umkreis von 500 m befinden sich alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 3x Fitnesscenter, viele Restaurants und Bars sowie der Englische Garten. Die Uni ist gleich in der Nähe (500m).
Schwabing ist eine der besten Adressen in München.
You will find everything what you possible need in reach of 500m. The biggest park in Munich is only 5 minutes away. Subway 2 minutes.
