Hey everyone, I have to leave Berlin.
My room is then available at least for this month. It's clean and clear with wooden floor, there's a bed for a single person, a dresser, a hanger, a chair... The apartment is pretty nice and quite big.
It's 1 min.walking to Gneisenaustr. U7 and 2 min walking to U Hallesches Tor U1. You've got everything very close by - market, canals, lots of coffees.. The area is quiet. The flat is suppose to be in Schöneberg but it's much closer to Kreuzberg.
You'll be sharing it with very nice flatmates. There's a couple of british and a portuguese (and another portuguese who's rarely home). They all work, they've all been living here for a while and know the city pretty well. Can be quiet useful if your just getting there.
I know one of the portuguese smokes but inly in the kitchen. And he's never done it since I'm there, if you're a smoker, I guess you'll have to discuss it with your futur flatmates.
If you're interested or have any questions, just send a mail, I'll answer them and try to arrange meetings with your futur flatmates in the evening.
