Hello everyone,
My name is Tran Nam Cuong and I come from Vietnam. Currently I am living in Roßdorf for my study in TU Darmstadt. However because of my business I have to switch to the new place then I am looking for anyone who is able to replace me to take this room. The room is very well furnished with window view, and the host's family is quite open-minded and extremely nice! I think this is a good place for international students like me to stay because the people here can speak English, German, French, Spanish and Czech and you can discuss or exchange your ideas to them about life and culture!

Just 2 minute walk from the house then you can reach the nearest bus stop. The stop connect to Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof and Luisenplatz via several bus lines such as K55, K56, 673 and 672 and it only takes you 15-20 minutes from Roßdorf to the city center.
The neighborhood is calm and peaceful so you can walk whole day to explore the area. Moreover, there is a small garden behind the house with a cherry tree for you to relax.
No deposit required and it really happened to me! You only have to transfer 75% the first month rental fee in advance to reserve the room. The host's family is very nice and they just look for a partner to live with them and share stories every night. Hence, it would be great if you can contact me or the host before the end of July so that we can have a good preparation for your stay in the future.
