Unfortunately my German is not so good hence I have to write the description in English.
As I would be leaving Tuebingen for good, I will be vacating my nice furnished room (includes bed, mattress, cupboard, table chair etc..). It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a balcony, living room, dining room and a kitchen. It has a private space for parking bikes, cars as well the house has enough storage space. The kitchen is ell equipped and has all the required items. We have our own TV, Washing machine. My flatmates are really nice and fun loving (two students (female) ). The house is located in a calm and really nice area close to the woods, there is a nice jogging track and bakery closeby, Aldi (7-8min walk) and a bus stop just a minute away from the house. Looking for a nice flatmate who could take the room from August and September with a possibility of further extension nd who could buy the furniture as well. The rent is 324Euro including everything.
