das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert mit Bett, Regal, Schrank, Couch, Fernseher, Whiteboard und vielem mehr.
Die Wohnung im gesamten hat 67 m².
Die Küche ist ca 10m² groß und mit einem Herd, einem Ofen, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einem Esstisch sowie mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet.
Das Bad besitzt eine Badwanne mit Duschkopf und Duschvorhang und ein Waschbecken.
Es gibt ein WG Zimmer in dem ein E-Piano und ein schreibtisch zum Arbeiten steht.
The flat is located in a very quiet neighbourhood.
By foot you reach public transport within 3 minutes. The faculty of engineering, the Physikum and the Biologikum is reachable within 10 minutes by foot, too.
5 Minutes away there is a small shopping street, including a bakery, a supermarket, a post office and a lot of other stuff.
In order to arrive in the city center you need to ride your bike or the bus for 15 minutes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage (kleine Nebenstraße) in der Sebaldussiedlung.
Zu den öffentlichen geht man nur 3 Minuten. Auch das Physikum und das Biologikum ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt zur Techfak geht man dann schon gute 10 Minuten.
Der nächste Edeka, Bäcker, Getränkemarkt, Post etc. ist 5 geh Minuten von hier entfernt.
In die Innenstadt kommt man bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus in ca. 15 Minuten.
Living together with Julian is very easy. We try to keep it as uncomplicated as possible. So, we share the foot as well as the towls. Workes out pretty good. We also figured out, that cleaning the flat once a week and doing the dishes directly is a necessary tool to do not trouble each other.
Das zusammenleben zwischen Julian und mir hat sich als sehr unkompliziert herausgestellt. So gibt es außer einer wöchentlichen Putzsession und dem sofortigen Abspülen von dreckigem Geschirr keine strengen Regeln. Wir teilen uns im Moment, sowohl die Lebensmittel als auch die Handtücher und es funktioniert wirklich gut. Leider muss ich diese schöne Stätte für ein paar Monate verlassen, ich hoffe aber das sie dir gefällt und du dich bei uns wohlfühlen kannst.
