Hi, ich suche jemanden zur Untermiete für ein schönes 15 qm Zimmer in meiner wunderschönen, nach Bauhaus sanierten (2015) und eingerichteten Maisonette-Wohnung. Verlängerung für 1-2 Monate evtl möglich. Die Wohnung ist Teil der Weißen Stadt n. Bauhaus (UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe). Sie liegt ca 150 m vom U-Bahnhof U8/Paracelsusbad (14 min bis Alex, 6 min bis zur Ringbahn, 20 min zum HBF) und Bus 120. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer (auf jeder Etage 1), sodass du mehr oder minder dein eigenes Bad hast, einen schönen Ess/Sitzbereich in der unteren Etage, oben sind die 2 Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Bett, schönen Lampen, Schränken, Bildern, Sessel, kl. Schreibtisch, WLAN. Parken ist hier easy. Das Haus ist eher ruhig, deshalb suche ich nach jemandem berufstätigem oder jemanden, der das Zuhause als Ruhepol nutzt und nicht als Partyplattform. Ich erwarte ein gewisses Maß an Sorgfältigkeit und Sauberkeit.
Hi Im offering a beau, fully furnished 15 qm big room in a recently rennovated and decorated according to Bauhaus for short-term renting (maybe even possible until end of May). The flat is part of the Bauhaus-style white city (UNESCO) and well connected to public transport (U8 Paracelsusbad: 14 min to Alex, 6 min to Ringbahn, 20 min to HBF 15 min to Tegel). There are 2 bathrooms, so that you will have your own bathroom, an open kitchen/sitting area and balcony on 1. floor and 2 rooms on 2nd., WLAN, beding, wonderful lamps and paintings, desk and other furniture is available. Im looking for someone rather quiet who has a job and likes to relax at home. You should be tidy and respectful with the stuff in the flat.
