Hey there! My name is Olga, 26 years old Russian doing her Master in International Business Administration and working in a law agency. That also means that I am not really so often home🙂
I would love to rent out a room from the 1st of March at least till October 2019. Longer is very welcome, shorter is not possible. Some earlier later dates upon discussion but I need that the person stays over summer.
Location: Heiligenstadt, 19th District, Döbling. The Post and Supermarkets are working distance from the flat. Very picturesque location where mostly locals live (http://www.10best.com/destinations/austria/vienna/neighborhoods/). One of the best district in Vienna. 3 mins walk is a Donau river.
House: traditional Vienna House with high ceilings. There are mostly students and young professionals living in a house.
Transport: U-Bahn (metro), tram (Strassenbahn), buses, S-Bahn
You will have: a separated bathroom, toilet, kitchen, a room with 1 bed, 1 additional mattress if it is needed for guests, table, 2 chairs, mirrow, bookshelf and a big wardrobe.
Home appliances: an iron, kettle, cooker, fridge, etc.
Other useful things: some dishes, enough to cook and eat in a company of 4 people.
Supermarkets: Hof (supposed to be the cheapest), Billa, Spaar, DM (cosmetics), ATM (Erste Bank)
Window: you will see a peaceful garden from your window and no cars.
Feel free to book the room and ask your questions in English, German, Spanish or Russia!
The room is very quiet and sunny.
You have FitInn, Top Gym and Döbling swimming pool 5-7 mins walk from the flat.
I would be very happy if you write me story about yourself and mention what do you find important in WG-Leben as I really want that both my next flatmate and me are understanding each other well.
Generally the atmosphere in a WG is a homelike. We always share some stories over a cup of tee or a glass of wine.
I expect my new flatmate to be very tidy and orderly and can garantee to behave the same way.
