Das Zimmer selbst (alle 3 der Wohnung) bekommt sehr viel Licht, weil direkt vor dem Wohngebäude der Karmelitermarkt liegt, und daher keine hohen, lichtabhaltenden Gebäude aufweist. Die restliche Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Es gibt weitere zwei Zimmer, eine gut eingerichtete Küche und ein mehr als großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC. Außerdem haben wir einen Vorraum, wo sich auch ein 2. seperates WC befindet.
Wir (Fabian und Sebastian) sind beide Studenten und sind eigentlich recht unkompliziert. Wir unternehmen sehr viel und unser Interessensbereich deckt von Sport über Musik bis hin zur Kunst ziemlich alles ab.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden. Billa, Spar und Hofer sind alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen, und der Markt direkt vor der Haustüre ist auch kein Nachteil. Bus fährt vom Markt und auch die U1,U2 und U4 sind nicht mehr als 6-7 Minuten entfernt. Die Lage nahe dem Donaukanal ist wirklich traumhaft.
Die Miete inkl. allen nötigen Kosten beträgt ingesamt 400,- . Die Kaution beträgt 950,- .
The room itself gets much light, because there are no high buildings in front of the house. Our flat includes a big bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, two more rooms and an entry where you can find the 2nd toilet.
We (Fabian and Sebastian) are quite easy to live with. We are keen to do a lot of stuff and our interests reach very far from sports over music til arts.
There are a lot of supermarkets, not more than 6 minutes away, and the market in front of the house can also help you get your last-minute-groceries. There's a bus-stop right at the market and the U1, U2 and U4 aren't far away too. Living near the Donaukanal is extraordinary.
The rent including everything else makes 400,- . The deposit is 950,- .
Direkt am Karmelitermarkt gelegen, in einem sehr ruhigen aber vitalem Stadtteil. Ganztägig Sonnenlicht im Zimmer. Zur Hauptuniversität dauert es max. 15min (1 Ubahnstation entfernt). Der Donaukanal ist in 5min erreichbar.
Wir sind sehr gemütliche Seelen die das Leben in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir unternehmen sehr viel in der Stadt und gehen sehr gerne auf ein paar Drinks! In unserer Wohnung hören wir durchgehend gute Musik! :)
Hin und wieder sind Homeparties absolut möglich.
