Das WG Zimmer verfügt über ein 140 cm Hochbett (Achtung: nichts für Dame mit Platz-oder Höhenangst geeignet!) mit Matratze und Ablage, Tagesbett/Sofa, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, sowie eine Regal und kleine Beistelltisch. Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und ca 10 groß.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 94 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, einer Küche (mit Spül- und Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit 4 Ceran-Kochfeldern, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster) einem Badezimmer (Badewanne/Dusche und WC), Gäste WC, einem Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer (Fernseher, DVD Player), Diele und Balkon zum Wohlfühlen.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert.
Your room is modernly furnished with a 140cm high bed (not suitable for a person with claustrophobia or vertigo!),shelves, desk, chair. There are sufficient electric sockets and more storage space can be made available in the cellar if required. Bedding and towels can be provided upon request.
The whole apartment is furnished and you are very welcome to cook /use the following facilities:
Fully-fitted kitchen: ceran cooker, eye-level oven, dishwasher, coffe machine (capsule), toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, spices, etc etc.
Bathroom: Bath, sink, toilet, tiled walls, large window.
Guest WC: Toilet, sink
Dining area: Glass table seating 4 but extends to seat 10 persons.
Lounge area: Large leather sofa, glass table, Sat TV & DVD player, books, magazines, DVDs, games etc for your use.( Door leading to balcony).
Balcony: sofa,, tables & chairs - ideal for relaxing in the afternoon sun, inlcudes a beautiful view into the Kottenforst (directly opposite!).
Die Wohnung liegt im Ortsteil Heiderhof (Bad Godesberg) der höher liegt wie die Bonner Innenstadt.Dadurch ist man direkt in der Natur aber trotzdem schnell in Bad Godesberg oder Bonn. Es befindet sich im 3te Etage -ohne Aufzug daher Fitness inklusiv ;-).
Buslinie 610 und 611 sind 1 min Fußweg (Büsse halten direkt an Deutsche Welle, UN, Deutsche Post) und in 10 min bzw 25 min Takt
Parkmöglichkeiten sind gratis und in unmittelbarer Nähe direkt vorm Haus.
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Edeka, Bäckerei, Eisdiele/Café, Italienische sowie Spanische Restauranten, Apotheke, Schreibbedarf, Friseur, Bank, Post usw sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is situated in Bad Godesberg / Heiderhof which, as on a hill, is higher than Bonn therefore one is close to nature but also quickly in town, motorways etc. We are on the 3rd floor (no elevator hence fitness included!).
The bus lines 610 & 611 (which stop outside the UN, Deutsche Post, Deutsche Welle and close to Telekomm) end almost opposite our building so we don't get the traffic noise but enjoy the conveniency of a regular public transport service. You also have the possiblity to park your car, free of charge, in front of the building/apartment.
A small shopping centre which includes a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, electronic shop, newsagents, post office, bank, physiotherapy centre, doctors surgeries, café, restauranta and hairdressers are within 10 minutes walking distance or two bus stops away.

Ich bin Engländerin aber arbeite auf der Heiderhof, daher die Wohnung ist meine Zweitwohnsitz. Meine Hauptwohnsitz ist in der nähe von Köln. Ich bin verheiratet und habe zwei 'Kinder'.
Gesucht wird eine weitere Mitbewohnerin, die für ein lockeres und unkompliziertes WG-Leben aufgeschlossen ist.
Gelegentliches Zusammensitzen und quatschen auf eine Tasse Tee oder ein Gläschen Wein wäre schön - schürt die Harmonie und das Zusammenleben :-)
