Das Zimmer ist zwar mit 13 qm nicht besonders groß, umfasst aber ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regale. Es ist sehr hell und ist nach hinten, in eine verkehrsberuhigte Straße mit Park, ausgerichtet. Also sehr ruhig.
Des Weiteren gibt es eine volleingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Admittedly not the biggest room, counting 13sqm, but it sports a big bed, desk and closet room. The room faces away from the main street, so it's very quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and laundraumat.
Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Innenstadt, südlich von der Konstablerwache. Man braucht drei Minuten auf die Haupteinkaufsstrasse Zeil und drei Minuten zum Main. Alle SBahn Linien fahren durch die Konstablerwache, sowie die U4,5,6 und 7. Auch befinden sich die Straßenbahnen 11 und 12 direkt um die Ecke.
Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 5 Minuten.
Das Bankenviertel ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zur EZB sind es mit Fahrrad/ Tram 10 Minuten.
In diesem Viertel gibt es viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
The apartment is right in the middle of downtown. only three minutes to the the main shopping street and three minutes to the river Main. It's five minutes away from the station Konstablerwache, where you can catch any SBahn and UBahn 4,5,6 and 7.
The financial district is only 10-15 by foot away and you can reach the ECB by bike or tram within 10 minutes.
Furthermore, you can find many bars, restaurants and cafés around. I love this quarter!
Ich arbeite, studiere und habe WG Erfahrung. Gerne teile ich abends ein Wein oder Tee und manchmal auch einfach stille Gesellschaft. Und für Frankfurt Neulinge habe ich ein paar tolle Tipps, um die Stadt schnell lieben zu lernen :)

Generell ist die Mietdauer einbisschen flexibel. Können gerne besprechen, wie es für alle Beteiligten am besten passt.
zu den 520€ kommen noch 40€ für Strom und Internet hinzu. Ja, die Miete mag für die Größe des Zimmers etwas hoch erscheinen, aber dafür gibt es den Luxus einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnung, die man nur zu zweit teilen muss und eine fantastische Lage.
Generally, length of rent is a bit flexible. whatever suits both parties the best.
It's another 40€ on top of the 520€ for electricity, internet. Rent may seem a bit high considering the size of the room, but in return you'll get a fully furnished apartment, only to be shared by two and a fantastic location!
