In meiner wunderschönen Altbauwohnung ist ein Wg Zimmer frei. Es ist ca 16qm groß. Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche inkl. Spülmaschine und ein großes Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschienenanschluss. In der Miete ist alles inklusive! (330€ warm und 45 für Strom und Tel/ WLAN)
Ich selber ziehe zum 1.7. ein und suche noch jemand nettes der ab 1.9. oder 1.8. einziehen möchte.
Bei Interesse würde ich mich gern mal in der Wohnug zu einer Besichtigung und kennenlernen treffen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Rotenburgerstr / Hindenburgstr.
Zu Fuß kann man durch den wunderschönen Liebesgrund in wenigen Minuten in die Stadt laufen.
