Auch du bist nur wenige Tage pro Woche in Hamburg und Homeoffice-Pendler/in ? Zimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ! U-Bahn in direkter Nähe und nur 10 Minuten bis Innenstadt. Das Zimmer beinhaltet eine -eigene- Semi-Küchenzeile und hat ein -eigenes- Duschbad/WC. Man teilt sich somit nur den Flur und sieht sich daher sehr-sehr selten oder eher nie. Die Küchenzeile im Zimmer enthält eine Mikrowelle, einen kleinen Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Induktionskochplatte und einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sowie Topf, Messer, Besteck, Geschirr, keine Spüle. Das eigene Duschbad/WC ist direkt gegenüber, es ist klein, aber fein. Alle Türen/Räume sind gut und sicher abschließbar. Ein Video-Rundgang wie auch eine Besichtigung vor Ort sind machbar. Schreib uns ( Lena und Vermieter ) bitte incl. deiner Rufnummer, wir rufen dich so schnell wie möglich an.

This room is fully furnished , full equipted and has its own semi-kitchenette and its own shower room/toilet. We share with flatmate only the corridor, so we see each other very rarely or never. The kitchenette contains a microwave, a small oven, kettle, toaster, induction hotplate and a refrigerator as well as pots, knives, cutlery, dishes, etc, no sink.The private shower room/toilet is directly in the opposite, it is small but nice. All doors/rooms can be locked well and safe. Subway station is very close and the local train takes only 10 minutes to city center.
