Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, wirkt durch den eingebauten Kleiderschrank und den Schnitt des Zimmers aber deutlich größer. Es ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, sodass man ab Mittags Sonne im Zimmer hat.
Es ist vollmöbliert mit einem 1,40m Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Regal und Leseecke. Dazu kommt der schon erwähnte eingebaute Kleiderschrank, sodass man wirklich sehr viel Platz für seine Sachen hat.
Mein Zimmer ist eins von 4 Zimmern in unserer Wohnung. Zwei weitere sind von meinen Mitbewohnern belegt, das vierte ist unser großes Wohn-Esszimmer. Dort finden sich ein großer Tisch zum Essen/Spielen/Lernen/.., außerdem ein gemütliches Sofa zum Entspannen und ein Fernseher, an den man für Home-Kino super seinen Laptop anschließen kann. Für den richtigen Sound ist Dank fancy Anlage auch gesorgt.

The room has about 16sqm and a built-in wardrobe, so it seems a little bigger. The window points southwest so it's sunny most of the day. I'd leave all my furniture which means a 1,40m bed, dresser, table, shelf and a cozy space to read as well as the mentioned wardrobe.
My room is one out of four in our apartment. Two more are occupied by my flatmates and the fourth is our spacious living-/dining-room. You'll find a nice large table there as well as a comfy couch and TV and music for home-theater.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Plüddemanngasse, unweit vom Schillerplatz.
Bim und Bus erreicht man in 1-3 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad ist man eigentlich überall in Graz innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten (abgesehen vom Bahnhof ;)). Zu Fuß braucht man zB zur Uni auch nur 20 Minuten, zum LKH nur ein wenig länger.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Form von Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Billa,... in ca. 500m Entfernung zu finden, dort gibt es auch eine Bank Austria und einen dm.

Our address is Plüddemanngasse, which is close to Schillerplatz.
Trains and busses are close by (3min walk), if you ride a bike, you can get to almost every place in Graz in 10-15 minutes. Walking takes you about 20 minutes to the University and a little longer to the LKH (hospital).
For grocery shopping there's everything close, it's about 500m to Hofer, Lidl, Spar, dm,...

Du würdest dir mit meinen lieben Mitbewohnern die Wohnung teilen.
Tammo ist 22 und studiert wie ich Medizin (im Moment leider viel am Lernen), Daniel (21) hat grade mit MolBio angefangen und genießt es sehr, zu studieren. Beide sind aber sicher gern bereit, mit dir das ein oder andere Bierchen trinken zu gehen ;)
Wenn es sich ergibt, sitzen wir gerne mal zusammen, kochen/essen gemeinsam und quatschen oder machen einen Spieleabend. All das ist natürlich kein Muss, aber wir sind auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG!

You'd share the apartment which my two flatmates.
Tammo is 22 years old and studies medicine, just like me. Unfortunately that means he has to study quite a bit. Daniel is 21 years old and just started studying molecular biology. Both of them probably don't mind going out for a beer or something if you ask ;)
If the time is there, we like to sit together, cook and eat or play board games.
Of course this isn't a Must-Be but we like to live together and have fun together.
