Ich werde an einem freiwilligen Projekt in Süd Amerika teilnehmen und danach reisen, deswegen vermiete ich mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert. Es ist ganz gemütlich und ruhig, mit den Fenstern zum Hinterhof. Die Ein-/Auszug Zeiten sind flexibel.
ENGLISH: I'm ging to volunteer and travel for a couple of months, that's why I'm renting out my room. The room is furnished and is very silent, with the windows to the back yard. If you want to move in or out earlier or later, it's not a problem :)
Es gibt ein Aldi, Rewe, DM und eine Bäckerei um die Ecke. Die Rummelsburgerstr./Edissonstr. Strassenbahnstation ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Studenten von der HTW oder der Humboldt Universität (Adlershof). Es gibt einen riesigen Park mit einem Sommerbad, Freibad, Schwimmbad und einer Open-Air Konzert Bühne 5 Minuten vom Haus.
ENGLISH: There's a Aldi, Rewe, DM and a bakery round the corner. The tram station Rummelsburgerstr./Edissonstr. is in 2 minutes walking distance. The location is perfect for students studying at HTW and Humboldt University (Campus Adlershof). There's a huge park 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Eine Mitbewohnerin ist eine Studentin an einer Kunst-Hochschule in Berlin, die andere macht ein Proktikum in einer Schule. Sie sind voll lieb, freundlich und sauber. Das WG-Leben ist bei uns ganz simpel: es gibt kein Putzplan, aber wir putzen die Wohnung einmal pro Woche zusammen; wann man Lust drauf hat, kochen wir gerne zusammen und verbringen auch die freie Zeit im Hinterhof (es ist wunderschön und ganz ruhig da). Die Zimmertüren sind ganz dick, deswegen kann man auch ruhig früher schlaffen gehen, und die anderen müssen sich deswegen keine Mühe geben um ruhig zu sein :)
