Für unsere WG haben wir 300m2 Stockwerk in einer ehemaligen Fabrik in Wilmersdorf gemietet. Wir haben ein riesiges 100m2 Wohnzimmer, eine sehr geräumige Wohnküche und 5 Zimmer für Mitbewohner. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich. Wir suchen zunächst nur befristet (1-6 Monate) - über die Länge der Anmietdauer können wir gern sprechen.
Dein Zimmer ist etwa 20 m2 groß und möbliert.
Wichtige Info: Teil der Loft Crew ist auch ein 1,5 Jahre altes entspanntes Kleinkind

Our shared flat is a 300 sq m loft in a former factory in Wilmersdorf. We have a giant 100sqm living room, a very big kitchen and 5 rooms for flatmates. An "Anmeldung" (registration) possible. We are currently only looking for a temporary flatmate (1 to 6 month) but can talk about the length of the rental period.
Your room is about 20sqm big and furnished.
Important info: Part of the Loft-crew is a 1,5 year old relaxed toddler.
Supermärkte (Edeka & Lidl), Bäcker und Spätis sind nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ebenfalls in Laufnähe sind der Volkspark Wilmersdorf und der Preußenpark mit Flohmarkt und der berühmten "Thaiwiese".

Supermarkets (Edeka & Lidl), bakeries und Spätis are only 5 minutes away by foot. In walking distance as well: "Volkspark Wilmersdorf" as well as the "Preußenpark" with it's flea market and the famous "Thaiwiese".

Du solltest mit beiden Beinen im Leben stehen, 30+ sein, WG-erfahren, kommunikativ und sauber. Da auch ein 1,5 jähriges Kleinkind der Loft-Crew ist, solltest Du entsprechend auch dafür offen sein.
Wir haben einen festen Reinigungsplan und wenn Du in der WG vereidigt wirst, gelobst Du Dich auch an diesen zu halten ;) Wir sind berufstätig und freuen uns auf eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, welche/r bewusst nach einer WG sucht und aktiv am Loft-Leben teilnimmt. Das heißt: Du hast Spaß daran gelegentlich gemeinsam zu kochen oder abends bei einem Bier/Wein noch eine Runde zu reden.
Da Corona aktuell leider noch Teil des Alltags ist, werden wir nur vollständig geimpfte Bewerber berücksichtigen.

You should be at one with yourself and have both feet on the ground, be 30+, communicative and clean. Since a 1,5 year old toddler is part of the Loft-crew, you should be open for this as well.
We have a fixed cleaning plan that we stick to. We are all working and are looking forward to a new roommate, who deliberately searches for a shared flat and actively participates in the loft life. In other words, you have fun occasionally cooking together or having a chat over a beer/wine in the evening.
Since Corona unfortunately is still part of daily life, we will only consider fully vaccinated applicants.
Da Corona leider immer noch ein Thema ist, ist es vielleicht interessant wie wir damit umgehen: Es gibt keine super krassen Regeln, aber wir handeln entsprechend der aktuellen Lage nach gesundem Menschenverstand um uns und unsere Angehörigen nicht unnötigem Risiko auszusetzen. Wir sind vollständig geimpft und testen uns regelmäßig, insbesondere wenn wir Symptome haben oder bevor wir andere Leute treffen.

Since unfortunately Corona is still a topic, it might be interesting how we deal with it: There are no super strict rules, but we like to think that we act according to the current situation and common sense to not risk our health and the health of our loved ones. We are fully vaccinated and we test ourselves regularly, especially if we have symptoms or before we meet other people.
