Also, es wird ein Zimmer frei in unserem internationalen Haus-share ab dem 1. Dezember oder früher (könnte vermutlich auch früher sein)! Wir suchen jemanden, der plant, langfristig zu bleiben (mindestens ein Jahr).
Dein potenzielles neues Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Regale, Schreibtisch). Die Möbel können etwas von den Fotos abweichen. Es gibt ein Badezimmer im ersten Stock (mit einer Badewanne!), eine Waschküche und eine Gästetoilette sowie eine zweite Dusche. Es gibt, natürlich, eine Küche (voll ausgestattet mit zwei Kühlschränken und Gefrierschrank) sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Fernseher (derzeit haben wir Amazon Prime, Disney Plus und Netflix). Wir haben auch einen wunderschönen Garten!
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr gesellige Menschen und machen oft etwas zusammen, wie zum Beispiel kochen, Filme schauen, wandern oder im Garten zusammen chillen.

So, there will be a room free in our international house-share from the 1st of December or sooner (it is up for a discussion)! We are looking for someone who is planning to stay long-term (at least a year).
Your potential new room is on the ground floor and fully furnished (bed, closet, shelves, desk). The furniture could be slightly different to the photos. There is a bathroom on the first floor (with a bathtub!), we have a laundry room and a guest toilet as well as a second shower (besides the main bathroom). There's a kitchen (fully equipped including two fridges and freezer) as well as a living room with a huge TV (we share Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and Netflix). We also have a beautiful garden.
The housemates are very sociable people and often do things together like cooking, watching movies, hiking or hanging out in the garden.
Die Anbindung ist super: Die U-Bahn (Haltestelle Josephsburg U2) erreicht man in ca. 7 Gehminuten, ebenso wie die S-Bahn Haltestelle Berg-am-Laim. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Diese ist eine Nachttram, sprich sie fährt am Wochenende die ganze Nacht durch. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man den Marienplatz / Uni in ca. 15 Minuten. Zum Münchner Flughafen sind es 40 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung wie z.B. Norma, Lidl, Kaufland und Rewe. Außerdem sind Schwimmbäder, Biergärten und Kinos auch nicht weit weg.

Really the connections are good to the city center. Being at 7 minutes from the U2 (Josephburg), you can access Hauptbahnhof in no time (15min U-Bahn). The S-Bahn (Berg am Laim) is also usefull to get quick to Marienplatz and so on. Finally, by night, we have trams from Sendlinger Tor / Karlsplatz that bring us smoothly "nach Hause".
We have a lot of different supermarkets at a walking distance, like Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi and Norma. Nearby there's also the lovely Ostpark where you can go for a run or just for chilling in the summer.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind fünf erstaunliche und unterschiedliche Menschen:
Alberto - kocht gerne vegane Gerichte und liebt bouldern, liest viel Non-Fiction und ist immer für ein nachdenkliches Gespräch zu haben,
Anastasia - joggt gerne, liest gerne und geht gerne aus,
Maren, die absolut alles bauen kann, was man sich vorstellen kann, coole Skulpturen macht und sehr cool und künstlerisch ist,
Gio, der ein Stand-up-Comedian ist und parallel dazu bekommt Phd,
und Alvaro, der der neuste Neuzugang in unserer WG ist und bisher durch sein fleißiges Sportprogramm einen sehr starken Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen hat.
Es ist eine Mischung aus Studenten und Berufstätigen hier, aber gemeinsame Orte werden häufig genutzt: Oft kommt man nach Hause und sieht ein volles Wohnzimmer, in dem etwas geguckt wird, oder man wird zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder Ausgehen eingeladen. Wir versuchen, viel Zeit miteinander zu verbringen und uns umeinander zu kümmern.

So! Your future flatmates are five amazing and different people:
Alberto - loves cooking vegan meals and bouldering, reads lots of non-fiction and always up for a thoughtful conversation,
Anastasia - loves jogging, reading and going out,
Maren, who can build absolutely anything you can imagine, makes cool sculptures and very cool and artsy,
Gio, who is a stand-up comedian, but also pursuing a Phd as a hobby,
and Alvaro, who is the newest addition to our WG, and so far left a very strong impression on me by his diligent gym routine.
It is a mix of students and working people here, but common places are used frequently: you often will come back home to the sight of the full living room, watching something, or will be invited to cook together or go out. We try to spend a lot of time together and care about each other.
Im Preis ist sowohl bereits das Internet als auch die GEZ-Gebühr enthalten. Die WG ist für die Pflege des Gartens zuständig.
