Ich biete mein schönes Wohnheimzimmer im WHO an. Anfang August trete ich mein Auslandssemester an, da ich das Zimmer allerdings bis Ende September habe, suche ich jemanden der das Zimmer für den Zwischenraum zur Untermiete übernimmt.
Die Miete beträgt 239€ warm und enthält eine Strom-, Wasser- & Internetflat (selbstverständlich mit WLAN). Ansonsten ist das Zimmer komplett ausgestattet mit Waschzeile und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Es gibt eine sehr große Wohnküche mit Balkon, Klo und Dusche teilt man sich zu zweit!
Die Wohnheim ist super zentral gelegen, vom WHO brauchst du nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Die Haltestelle ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen und Busse fahren im 5 Minuten Takt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
