Moin! Ich suche eine(n) NachmieterIn für meine Studio-Apartment. Die Wohnung wäre ideal für Studenten bzw. Auszubildende besonders Studenten der TUHH (ci. 5 Min. zu Fuß).
Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber wirklich alles was man braucht. Sie verfügt über eine kleine Kochnische, eigenes Badzimmer mit Dusche, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch und Esstisch. Außerdem ist ein großer Kleiderschrank sowie ein Mehrzweckschrank vorhanden.
Ein Waschmaschine steht im Keller für alle Mieter zur Verfügung und ist kostenlos.

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a new tenant for my studio apartment. The apartment would be ideal for students or trainees especially students of the TUHH (ci. 5 min. walk).
The apartment is small, but has everything you need. It has a small kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, sofa bed, desk and dining table. There is also a large closet and a multi-purpose closet.
A washing machine is available in the basement for all tenants and is free of charge.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im sehr ruhigen Ort neben Harburg-Rathaus Haltestelle. Die Haltestelle ist 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Bus kann man die TUHH in weniger als 5 min erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 15 min mit der S-bahn zu erreichen.
Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Edeke (2 min. zu Fuß), Netto, Aldi und Lidl sind in 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in very quiet place and very close to Harburg-Rathaus station. It is 2 min. far away by walking. Hamburg main station (HBF) is far away around 16 mins. by S-bahn (S-train).
Here comes the most interesting part >> There are many supermarkets around for example to Edeke you need only 2 mins. and to Netto, Aldi, Lidl you need only 5 mins. (by walking).
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 300 Euro (Strom und Wasser inklusiv). Es kommen dazu evtl. der Rundfunkbeitrag (ci. 12,5 Euro/Monat) und bei Bedarf Internetgebühr (Preise unterscheiden sich je nach Anbieter, im Durchschnitt 15 Euro/Monat). Die Mindestmietdauer ist 1 Jahr!! Die Vermieterin benötigt ein positives Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Zertifikat, Gehaltsnachweise der letzten 3 Monate sowie eine Kopie des Personalausweises. Solltet ihr Interesse haben, schreibt mir gerne mit einer kurzen Vorstellung zu eurer Person und was ihr so macht. Besichtigungstermine können ab dem 15. April stattfinden, gerne online per Zoom oder Skype.
