My room in a 4-people flat, most perfectly located in Nuremberg, will be available from the 1st of August

Super central flat: close to everything.
Inside the old city walls, 5min to the main train and bus station, 1 to 5min walk to nearly all bars and clubs you’ll probably be going to, 2min walk to the closest supermarkets, 3min walk to the lake/park Woehrder Wiese, 25min by U-Bahn to the airport.
1 bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet + 1 toilet room with sink.
3 nice German flatmates, 2 future teachers and a business student: Cathi, Davina and Luisa. You can thus send your message in either English or German :)
Each and everyone is free to stay quiet in their room when they like, but it is always nice to eat together or chat. The rooms are big enough to have people over.
Super relaxed and international neighbours.
Italian restaurant and quiet and cosy bar in the same street.
Parking is rather very easy in the surroundings, and a private parking gets public at less than 50 meters from the building.
