Nice room in Neustadt-perfect for students / trainees

The flat is absolutely flashing. Located in the heart of the wonderful Neustadt. Everything you need (like bakery, supermarket, barber or restaurants) is within a diameter of 500m. The next tram-stop is also just 5 minutes away and you will need approximately 10 minutes to the inner city if Bremen and 15 minutes to the central train station. The “Hochschule Bremen” is just one stop away and also the Highway is just a bunny-hop away if you prefer to come by car.
There is a car park (20€ per month) if you need it next to our house.

Die Lage ist absolute spitze! Mitten in der wunderbaren Neustadt.
Die Wohnung ist eine kleine Straße weiter (3Min Gehweg) zur so belebten und charmanten Pappelstraße.
Dort befinden sich alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bäcker, Rewe, Frisör, Dönerläden :D und und und.
-5 MInuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle Gastfeldstraße (10 Min in die City,15 zum Hbf, Endhaltestelle ist die Universität)
-Hochschule ist 1 Haltestelle entfernt, besser und bequemer mit Rad zu erreichen
-Autofahrer haben beste Anschlüsse zur Autobahn und Hauptverkehrsquoten
für die Autofahrer, ihr könnt einen Parkplatz für nur zusätzliche 20€ im Monat direkt neben unserem Haus mieten ;)

we are going to have another free room available because me Rebecca is going to Ireland for a short 3month- that is your chance to be a part of world´s best flat-sharing community ever!
With who are you going to live with?
There is Julian (26) and Theresa (26). Julian is doing his Master and is working part-time and Theresa is studying tourism management. Our flat-sharing life has a lot variety. We are active people, we like to do sports and hang out with friends just to watch trash tv or to make a nice BBQ but it is also important to give the other one space and time to rest. We are friends and looking for a person who wants to spend time with us to become a part of this super great flat-sharing.
Some more facts:
We have a cleaning roster and it is really important for us that you are willed to clean it that tide as we do, otherwise it will empirically bring a lot of stress and we want to avoid it in advance.
We do not have a cellar but a nice balcony to share! The obligatory deposit is necessary and I´ll return it to you on the date when you move out.

Wir sind Julian (26) und Theresa (26). Julian macht seinen Master und arbeitet nebenbei und Theresa ist Tourismus Studentin und auch einfleißiges Bienchen.
Unser Leben ist actionreich gemeinschaftlich wie auch ruhig jeder für sich.
Wir zählen joaa eher zu den aktiviereren Menschen würd ich sagen^^..treiben Sport, gehen gerne aus, Freunde treffen, sowie zu uns in die Küche oder Balkon einladen, sinnvolles und trashiges TV, grillen usw uswso wie die Laune eben ist.
Hast du bock darauf nicht nur reine Mitbewohner zu sein- meld dich!Jetzt! :P
Putzplan, den gibt es und wird auch eingehalten- bitte behaupte nichts anderes in diesem Punkt, dass führt erfahrungsgemäß nur zu Stress im nachhinein.
Zur Kaution...die muss ich fordern als Absicherung, zieht ihr aus bekommt ihr sie sofort zurück.
