Da ich für 3 Wochen weg bin, biete ich mein supergemütliches ruhiges Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof in einer entspannten Wg an. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Kinooption (Beamer, Klavier, Gitarren und Gästebett, eine große Wohnküche wo wir uns oft und gerne aufhalten und eine Terasse mit überdachter Sitzecke, wo auch geraucht werden kann.
Ideal für Berlinbesucher oder Leute, die auf Zimmersuche sind.
Das Zimmer ist gross und kann auch an zwei Personen vermietet werden, die Miete würde sich dann um 80€ erhöhen.
Schreibt mir am besten eine Mail mir kurzer Beschreibung von euch und der Bestätigung, dass euch klar ist, dass es sich um eine befristete Miete von 3 Wochen handelt.

While I'm away, I'm offering my room in a super relaxed flatshare in Wedding.
Very cosy room with window to the back yard, hence very quiet. There‘s a living room, a large kitchen and a garden in which you can smoke.
Ideal for those who are visiting Berlin or are looking for a permanent room and need somewhere to stay in the meantime.
The room can be rented to two people as well for an extra 80€.
Please send me an email for further questions and state that you have understood that this is only a temporary sublet, not a permanent room.

4 km north of Brandenburger Tor, 2km from Hauptbahnhof, 3 Minutes to U-bahn stop Amrumer Straße, 9 Minutes from S-Bahnhof Wedding/Ringbahn.
Supermarket in the same street, organic shop around the corner, turkish supermarkets nearby, loads of cafes, restaurants and a park by the river, 10 minutes bikeride from Plötzensee for a swim.
We are a very relaxed flatshare without rules except the common sense ones. So far that has been working great, so we hope to find someone who can act responsibly 😊
We like to share stories and laughs in the kitchen but are fine when people retreat in their rooms.
If you want to use the room for a similar time frame, let me know and we will see what we can do.
If you are interested in the room, you are welcome to come and have a look at it!
In case we agree for you to rent the room, I would ask for the rent and deposit in exchange for the keys, when or before you move in. 😊 also I would take a photo of your Id card, you can of course do the same with mine.
Unfortunately it is not possible to do Anmeldung at our place.
We have a cat living with us.
