Du würdest in meinem schönen und gemütlichen Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete wohnen. Das Zimmer ist ca, 20qm groß, sanierter Altbau mit großem Fenster. Tagsüber ist es sehr hell im Raum. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode. Die Wohnküche ist das Herzstück der Wohnung und ca. 25qm groß!
English: Small and cosy room (20qm) in one of Berlin's most popular areas, Neukölln, with lots of bars, cafes & shops around.The shared apartment has a huge living room with open kitchen where you feel at home straight away. Tempelhofer Feld is within 7 minutes away.
Hammer. Schillerkiez in Neukölln, U Leinestraße und Hermannstraße 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Tempelhoferfeld ist in 7Minuten zu erreichen!

Du teilst Dir die Wohnung mit meiner wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin Myriam und Noah (die gegebenfalls auch teilweise unterwegs sind). Myriam und Noah sind sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und offen. Sauberkeit ist beiden sehr wichtig, sowie ein respektvoller Umgang. Bitte räume und putze benutzte Sachen aus den Gemeinschaftsräumen daher immer selbständig auf.
English: You will be sharing the room with my roommates Myriam and Noah (they might be away sometimes too). Myriam & Noah are very uncomplicated, friendly and open. It's very important for them that you are clean and respectful towards the flat. Please tidy and clean used stuff from the shared spaces on your own.
Teilmiete: Falls Du nicht die ganze Zeit das Zimmer haben möchtest - ich nehme auch gerne Anfragen entgegen (Voraussetzung ist aber, dass Du mind. 5 Tage in dem Zimmer bleibst.) Tagesmiete sind ca. 25 Euro und 10Euro Putzpauschale falls du nur kurz bleibst - falls du länger bleibst putzt du selber und sparst dir das! :-)
Zu zweit mieten: Wenn du das Zimmer zu zweit mieten möchtest sind es 10 Euro mehr pro Person & Nacht.
English: If you don't want to rent the apartment the whole time thats also fine. However you should at least stay in the room for 5 days. (The daily rent would be 25 euros) and 10 euro for cleaning if you only staying short - if you stay longer you clean yourself and you can safe that money.
Rent for two people: If you want to rent the room for two persons its 10 Euros more per person and night.
