Ich suche eine/n netten Mitbewohner/in ab 1.07.2020 bis 1.11.2020, max bis 20.12.
Es gibt eine Wohnküche und ein sehr großes Bad.
Gute Waschmaschiene vorhanden. Gasetagenheizung.
Selbsteingebaute Küche und abgezogene Dielen. Qualität des Hauses (Fenstertyp & Isolierung, Heizung, Treppenhaus, etc.) ist sehr gut aber nicht totsaniert sondern mit ganz eigenem Charme.
Tolle Hausgemeinschaft
Internetanschluss und alles andere wie Heizung etc im Preis enthalten.
Das Zimmer ist mit Bett,Schrank und Schreibtisch möbliert.
Im Moment wird das Dach saniert (inkl Gerüst) und es finden manchmal Bauarbeiten zwischen 8.30 Uhr und 16 Uhr statt.
Es kann an einzelnen Tagen also hörbar
werden - die Baustelle ist allerdings 3 Stockwerke höher,fast durch und bisher konnte ich immer ausschlafen.

It´s a wonderful flat,big bathroom,
nice Berlin-Atmosphere in the center of Berlin (Mitte) right in a lovely,
calm and save area with cafes galeries shops..
You should work at daytime outside the house,because i am using the place during the day as a workspace. -
The Roof is under construction. They work 7.30 -16 o'clock.

Ruhig,zentral 5min zum 5-10 Geh-Minuten zum Rosenthaler Platz, Weinbergspark Zionskirchplatz, rundherum Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Galerien etc
U8 , M1 ,SBahn alles in 5-10 Min zu Fuß.,aber super entspannte Seitenstraße. (hinter Friedhof)
Cafes,Bücherei,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten BVG etc alles in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Hauptbahnmhof ist mit der Tram in nur 8 min entfernt.
Calm,in the center of Berlin 5min to Rosenthaler Platz,Weinbergspark,Zionskirchplatz
Cafes,Shopping,UBahn (U8) and pretty much everything a 5min walk.
Main railway station is 8 min by Tram.
Ich bin 40,Musiker und viel unterwegs - entspannt und offen für alles und jeden.
Ich brauche es eher entspannt zuhause.
