ich biete hier ein Zimmer in meiner WG an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung wurde im Mai und Juni 2017 komplett saniert. Es wurde alles neu gemacht (Boden, Decken, Elektrik, Heizung). Die Wohnung ist also in einem super Zustand :)
Es handelt sich dabei um eine Pauschalmiete, inkl. sämtlicher Nebenkosten und kostenloser Nutzung des Internets (WLAN).

Die Otto-Braun-Straße liegt an der Kreuzung von Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain und Mitte in unmittelbarer Nähe des Alexanderplatzes. Dort findet man auch alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Kiosk, Apotheke, Restaurants, Sonnenstudio, Lotto, ...).
Durch 8 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht man den Alexanderplatz, der eine perfekte Anbindung in alle Stadtteile bietet. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Haltestelle Mollstr./Otto-Braun-Str. (Tram 12, M1, M2, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, Bus 142, 200).

The Otto-Braun-Straße is located at the junction of Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain and Mitte and is located in immiediate vicinity of the Alexanderplatz. There you find all shops of daily requirements (supermarkets, bakeries etc.).
After 8 minutes walk you reach the Alexanderplatz. There you find perfect connections into all parts of the city. Furthermore the station Mollstr./Otto-Braun-Str. (Tram 12, M1, M2, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, Buses 142, 200) is located directly outside the door.
Du wirst mit Noelia aus Spanien udn Daniela aus Polen zusammen wohnen.
Solltest du eine Party-WG suchen, wirst du hier leider nicht glücklich. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig, daher sollten wir die Nerven unserer Nachbaren nicht unnötig strapazieren :) Wichtig ist, dass wir uns zusammen wohlfühlen und ein gutes Gefühl miteinander haben.

If you are searching for a Party flat, you won't be happy here. The house is very calm, therefore we shouldn't stretch our neighbour's patience :) most important is that we get along with each other.
