Ich vermiete für max. 4 Wochen mein WG Zimmer.
Der Raum ist nach hinten gelegen, sodass es trotz der Lage leise ist.
Das Zimmer ist hell und hat hohe Decken, wo von mir ein Hochbett reingebaut wurde.
Schreibtisch und Kommode sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Pro Woche kostet das Zimmer 100€. Es kann sowohl für den ganzen Zeitraum, als auch wöchentlich angemietet werden.
Zudem können die Wohnküche, das Wohnzimmer, sowie die beiden Bäder (Dusche / Badewanne) selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden.
I let my room for max. 4 weeks. Because it lays to the backyard, it's badly quiet.
The room is quite bright with high ceiling. You can sleep in my self-made loft bed. Work desk and dresser are also available.
Per week the room costs100€. You can hire it for the entire stretch, but also by the week.
Of course you can use our kitchen, the living room and both of our bathrooms too.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage, direkt am
Chlodwigplatz. Zur Bahn- und Busstation sind es nur 1-2 Gehminuten.
Hier verkehren die Linien 15, 16, 17, 106, 132 und 133. Bis zum Dom sind es mit dem Rad nur knapp 15 Minuten. Zu den Ringen sind es nur 4 Bahnstationen oder 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäcker, Apotheke, Post, REWE, Netto, Penny, Aldi, unzählige Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, sowie die besten Burgerläden der Stadt) liegen ebenfalls in nur wenigen Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Den Rhein, den Römerpark, den Volksgarten, sowie den Vorgebirgspark haben wir direkt um die Ecke. Wir befinden uns mitten im Herzen der Kölner Südstadt.
Our appartement lies next to Chlodwigplatz, it's just about 1-2 minutes to the station.There you can use line 15, 16, 17, 106,132 and 133. By bike it just takes 15 minutes to the dome. Around our place there a lot of daliy shops like bakeries, restaurants, bars, cafès and supermarkets. Nearby you have a lot of parks and, of course, the Rhine. You are in the very heart of Cologne South!
Wir wohnen zu dritt (drei Frauen, Mitte 20 / Anfang 30) auf insgesamt 90m².
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Menschen, mit denen man gut Zeit verbringen kann.
We are three women at the end of 20/beginning of 30. We share 90m². My flatmates are warm and communicative, you can spend a good time with them.
Rauchen ist in unserer Wohnung nicht erwünscht. Wir gehen für diese Zwecke vor die Tür, oder ans Küchenfenster. Fast so schön wie ein Balkon ;)
Alle Gegenstände in der Küche, sowie die Waschmaschine können selbstverständlich über diesen Zeitraum mitverwendet werden. Wir sind mit allem ausgestattet.
It's not allowed to smoke in our rooms. Therefor you can smoke at the window in our kitchen, or join the street-smoker-community :)
For the four weeks you can use of course all the kitchen-stuff.
