My room is available from 25.04 to 01.05.
The flat is suuuuper nice and cosy, spacious and luminous, with a gorgeous balcony and a private 80m2 roof-top terrace (yes, only accessible from the flat!).
It's a 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen), with one bathroom (with shower and bath).
The location is great, it’s 2 blocks from Hermannplatz (great connection with U7, U8 and buses), near Sonnenallee. You’ll be a short walk from loads of bars and restaurants, Landwehr Canal, Hasenheide park and Tempelhofer Feld.

The flat is in Neukölln, just 5 minutes aways from Hermannplatz, where you have great connection with the metro lines U7, U8 and good buses.
You’ll be a short walk from loads of nice and cool bars and restaurants, Landwehr Canal, Hasenheide park, Tempelhofer Feld and Kreuzberg.
The price is already less than what we pay, no profit being done. Just covering part of the costs while we're away. It may look expensive, but everyone who ever visits us totally understands the price :)
Please note: Not suitable for pets. Anmeldung not possible. 5th floor without elevator.
