da ich im Februar nicht in Wien bin, suchen wir eine/n Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Die Wohnung bietet 3 sehr liebe Mitbewohnerinnen, eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Sitzgelegenheit, Bad (mit Badewanne) und genügend Stauraum. Dein Zimmer hat 25m2 und ist voll möbliert. Die Gesamtmiete für Februar ist 440€, Internetanschluss ist inkludiert :)

Hi everyone,
I won't be in Vienna during February, therefore we’re looking for someone renting my room from the beginning of January until the end of February. We are three girls sharing the flat, which includes a kitchen with a common area, a bathroom (with a bathtub) and enough space to store your stuff. Your room will have 25m2 and is fully furnished. The rent is 440€ for February, Internet is included :)

Unsere WG befindet sich keine zwei Minuten von der U-bahn Station Thaliastraße im 16. Bezirk Ottakring. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 46, welche direkt vor der Haustüre abfährt, kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Auch die Linie 5 ist in direkter Nähe. Wunderbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am Brunnenmarkt gegeben, sowie Spar, Hofer, dm, Bipa, und Apotheke befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Allerlei verschiedene Dönerbuden sorgen dafür, dass dir auch am Wochenende nichts fehlt.
Our apartment is located in the 16th district, Ottakring, two minutes by feet to the subway station Thaliastraße. Tramline 46 and Tramline 5 are stopping in front of the house and bring you easily downtown. Wonderful shopping possibilities are close by, such as the Brunnenmarkt, Spar, Hofer, dm, Bipa and a pharmacy. If you are hungry on Sundays, you will find a lot of Kebab stores around the corner.
