I have completed my master and moved to Berlin to start my new job, so I offer my apartment for 3 months. The apartment (15 m2) is located on the third floor and has private kitchen and private bathroom ( Toilet and Shower ). the apartment is furnished ( Bed, Table, Desk, Closet, and Shelf ).
The apartment is very very close to the University of Bayreuth and the closest to the Mensa (only ~1-minute walk). And ~3 minutes to Mensa bus station (you can take the bus lines 306, 304, 316 and 326). Also, about 10 minutes to Lidl market and DM Market by foot.
The apartment is offered just for students or for who have monthly allowance 670€ from the parents.

I cleaned the apartment very very good as you see in the pictures and I took all my things because my contract finishes on 31st of March and I have to give it to the housemaster. so who wants to rent it, please you have to give it back to me in the same level of cleanliness and it would be a plus if I do a procuration that you give it instead of me to the housemaster. BTW, you could contact the building during these 3 months and you might do a contract with them and stay after these 3 months if you want.
