Die Lage der Wohnung ist Zentral und direkt im Szeneviertel, von wo aus es nur wenige Meter bis zum Tempelhofer Feld sind. Es ist ein Helles Zimmer, in das ca. 5 Std am Tag die Sonne scheint. Der Raum ist mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, ... bestückt . Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche, die Küche ist Geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sie wird als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt. Ihr könnt das Zimmer für 1 Woche mieten. Die Miete beträgt 150,00€ und muss im Voraus bezahlt werden. Natürlich wird ein Mietvertrag abgeschlossen.
Sauberkeit ist bei mir Grundvoraussetzung.
The flat is in an old building in Neukölln. Its 22m² big. Its sunny from midday till afternoon. It has all the furniture you need including a tv. The kitchen is quite big and has all the stuff you need. Our bathroom is fitted with a shower. You can rent the room for 1 week. It costs 150,00€ and has to be paid in advance. Of course we make a rentingcontract.
Cleanliness is a basic requierment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen dem U-Bahnhof Leinestraße und U- und S- Bahnhof Hermannstraße.
Sie ist in zentraler Lage mitten im Szene Kiez Neukölln. Mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Restaurants, Spätis, Cafes, Parks und vielem mehr zu entdecken.
Das Tempelhofer-Feld ist in 5min zu erreichen.
The flat is between the subway station Herrmanstr and Leinestr. Its in a central area right in the heart of neukölln. there are good shoppingfacilities, restaurants, 24h shops, parks etc. nearby.
