Ich biete ein voll möbliertes Schlafzimmer (20qm) in meiner gemütlichen drei-Zimmer-Wohnung (65qm).
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und du wirst alle Einrichtungen finden, die du benötigst. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine stehen dir zur Verfügung. Ein Internetanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Umgeben von privaten Gärten auf beiden Seiten, ist es sehr ruhig und du kannst in allen Zimmern den Blick ins Grüne genießen.
Ich reise regelmäßig, was bedeutet, dass du oft die ganze Wohnung für dich haben wirst.

The apartment is fully furnished and you will find all the facilities you need. Washing machine and dish machine are at your disposal. Internet connection is also available.
The apartment is very bright. Surrounded by private gardens on both sides, it is really quiet and you can enjoy green views in all the rooms.
I travel regularly, which means that you will often have the whole apartment for yourself.

U-Bahn Linien 1, 2, 3 und 8 Richtung Innenstadt sind in 2 Minuten von Haus.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufmöglikeiten zu Fuss in wenig Minuten erreichbar (Nahkauf, Penny, ALDI, REWE, Bäckerei, turkische Markt).
Man kann relativ einfach ein Parkplatzmöglichkeit in der Umgebung finden.
Du kannst auch viele italienische und asiatische Restaurants im Viertel genießen.
Ein schöner Park ist auch direkt in der Ecke.

Several shops and backers are reachable in few minutes walking in the square (Nahkauf, Penny, ALDI, REWE, Turkish market).
You will also find a bunch of delicious Italian and Asiatic restaurants in the surroundings.
Finally, a nice park is right around the corner.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem freundlichen Mitbewohner. Ich genieße ein Gespräch mit einem Bier oder etwas zu essen.
Wie bereits erwähnt, reise ich regelmäßig und so hast du die gesamte Wohnung zur Verfügung. Als solche erwarte ich auch, dass du die Wohnung sauber und in Ordnung zu hältst.
