Hi,
Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich für ein Semester im Ausland studieren werde.
Das Zimmer ist das größte und hellste der drei WG Zimmer. Es hat einen kleinen Erker, der Boden und die Fenster sind in gutem Zustand.
Alle Möbel würden im Zimmer bleiben, den Kleiderschrank würde ich natürlich leer räumen und auch in den Regalen Platz schaffen. Alles weitere ließe sich absprechen.
Einen Fernseher und eine Kaffeemaschine würde ich dem Zwischenmieter zur Benutzung dort lassen.
An Möbeln hat das Zimmer: ein Sofa, einen Couchtisch, einen kleinen Schreibtisch, 2 Bücherregale, einen Kleiderschrank und ein 2,00x1,40 Bett.

The room is very bright and the biggest in the flat. It has a small oriel and the floor and the windows are in good condition.
I will leave all the furniture for your use, the closet will be empty as will one of the shelves.
There is also a TV and a coffee machine that you can use.
Das Haus liegt auf der Ecke Pappelstraße/Langemarckstraße, unmittelbar an der S-Bahnhaltestelle Pappelstraße. Die Anbindung ist also sehr gut. Man ist in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, welche ohne Probleme auch zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. In 15 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Hbf, zur Uni bracht man ca. 30 Minuten. Die Bremer Hochschule ist nur 2 Haltestellen entfernt und auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG über der Subwayfiliale.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Bäckereien und einen Penny Markt.
The house is in Bremen's Neustadt, directly above the Subway restaurant at the S-Bahn station Pappelstraße. Consequently the connection into the center is very good. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Hochschule. By S-Bahn it takes 5 minutes into the city center, 15 minutes to the train station and 30 minutes to the university.
Close to the flat there are several bakeries, a penny market and an atm machine.
Die WG wurde gerade neu zusammengewürfelt, da meine Mitbewohnerinnen zum 1.7. und zum 1.9. ausziehen. Deshalb kann ich auch noch nicht viel über das WG Leben erzählen.
Die beiden neuen WG Mitbewohner sind Mara, 24, Lehramtsstudentin und Felix, 26, studiert Therapiewissenschaften.
Ich und die anderen beiden legen Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit und Ordentlichkeit. Ansonsten hoffen wir einfach auf nette Interessenten.
The WG was just reformed with 2 new flatmates. Mara, 24, moved in on July 1st. Felix, 26, will move in on September 1st. We all like to maintain a certain degree of cleanliness. Apart from that we just hope to find someone nice.
(I personally would like my room to be treated with care.)
Ich suche jemanden, der in erster Linie zuverlässig ist und meine Möbel gut behandelt :)
Das Angebot gilt erstmal ab Mitte September, allerdings wäre es auch möglich schon zum 1.9. einzuziehen.
Ich würde Besichtigungen gerne am 17.7. oder am 18.7. (Ab 15 uhr) machen. Am 19.7. wäre morgens zw. 8 und 12 möglich.
Andere Termine gingen auch, da muss ich mich mit Mara absprechen.
Wenn ihr mir kurz schreibt, was ihr so macht und wann ihr Zeit hättet, können wir einen Termin ausmachen.
The move-in and move-out dates can be discussed. I am flexible.
Possible dates for viewing: 17th July, 18th July after 3pm, 19th July between 8-12.
Other dates are also possible. I'll have to check with Mara.
Please write me a little about yourself and when you'd be able to look at the flat.
