Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 23qm groß, hat Dielenboden und hohe Decken (3,40m). Es hat zwei Türen, eine zum Flur und eine schöne Flügeltür zu meinem Zimmer. Diese Tür ist dauerhaft und schallisoliert verschlossen. Dein Zimmer wird fast unmöbliert an dich vermietet. Aktuell befindet sich dort lediglich ein dunkelbraunes Sideboard (auf dem Foto rechts zu sehen), welches du gern für die Zeit, die du hier wohnst, benutzen kannst. Wenn du den Platz allerdings für deine eigenen Möbel benötigst, bringen wir das Sideboard woanders unter, kein Problem.
Dein Zimmer hat Zugang zum riesigen WG-Balkon (10m x 1,50m).
Die Küche ist vollausgestattet mit Herd, Möbeln, Geschirr und allerlei Haushaltsgeräten. Bringst du noch Geschirr oder Küchenutensilien mit, finden wir einen Platz in unserer Speisekammer. Ein weiterer Raum geht von der Küche als Abstellraum ab und beherbergt die Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und Dinge, die man nicht so häufig braucht.
Das große Bad hat ein Fenster und eine Duschwanne. Es wurde vor 2,5 Jahren komplett saniert.

Your room is 23 square meters large, has floorboards and high ceilings (3,40m). It has two doors, one to the hallway and a beautiful double door to my room. This door is locked permanently and soundproofed. Your room is rented to you almost unfurnished. Currently there is only a dark brown sideboard (on the photo on the right), which you are welcome to use for the time you stay here. However, if you need the space for your own furniture, we can move the sideboard somewhere else, no problem.
Your room has access to the huge shared balcony (10m x 1.50m).
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, furniture, dishes and all kinds of household appliances. If you still bring dishes or kitchen utensils, we will find a place in our pantry. A further room departs from the kitchen as a storeroom and houses the washing machine, clothes horse and things you don't need that often.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße, ca. 50 Meter von der Schönhauser Allee entfernt. Die Anbindung an die S+U-Bahnstation "Schönhauser Allee" ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, dm, Alnatura, Schönhauser Allee Arkaden uvm.) Daneben befinden sich viele nette Cafés, Bäckereien und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Der Arnimplatz ist eine Minute entfernt und bietet die Möglichkeit, sich in einer grünen Oase zu entspannen.

The apartment is located in a side street, about 50 meters from Schönhauser Allee. The connection to the S+U train station "Schönhauser Allee" is 3 minutes walk away.
In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shopping facilities (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, dm, Alnatura, Schönhauser Allee Arcades and many more). In addition, there are many nice cafés, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Arnimplatz is one minute away and offers the possibility to relax in a green oasis.
Mit dir wohnen Franziska, 40 und Hannes, 35 und unsere freundliche Katze Polly. Franziska arbeitet in einem jungen Unternehmen, das sich für die Darmgesundheit einsetzt. Hannes im Marketing bei einer App für Migräne-Betroffene.
In unserer Freizeit sind wir beide sportlich aktiv: Franziska fährt viel Mountainbike, SUPt und tanzt gerne. Ich gehe mindestens einmal die Woche schwimmen, liebe im Sommer die Slackline zu spannen und versuche in letzter Zeit, meine Bowling-Skills zu verbessern.
Idealerweise bist du berufstätig, hast die wilde Partyzeit schon hinter dir gelassen und magst Katzen. Du suchst keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern trinkst gern auf dem gemeinsamen Balkon ein Feierabendbier mit oder kochst etwas mit uns. Jedem steht natürlich auch der Wunsch nach Ruhe und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten offen.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir die WG gemeinsam sauber und in Schuss halten. Darüberhinaus versuchen wir etwas Müll und Plastik im Haushalt zu reduzieren und nachhaltigere Alternativen zu finden und auszuprobieren. Wir bevorzugen eine Nichtraucher*in (die Wohnung ist eine reine Nichtraucherwohnung).

With you live Franziska, 39, and Hannes, 34 and our Cat Polly. Franziska works in a young company that is committed to intestinal health. Hannes is in marketing for an app for migraine sufferers.
In our free time we are both active in sports: Franziska rides mountainbike at any time she could, does yoga and loves to dance, I go swimming at least once a week, love slacklining in summer and lately I've been trying hard to improve my bowling skills.
Ideally, you're employed, you've already left the wild party days behind you, and you like cats. You are not looking for a flat share, but you like to drink a beer with us on the balcony, watch a movie or cook something with us. Of course, everyone has the desire for peace and quiet and retreat possibilities.
It is important to us that we keep the WG together clean and in good condition. We also try to reduce some waste and plastic in our daily lifes and replace them with alternatives and more sustainable solutions. We prefer a non-smoker*in (the flat is a non-smoking flat only).

Am 12. Abends und am 13. August Morgen gibts es die Möglichkeit für ein Besichtigung unserer WG und ein Gespräch mit deinen neuen Mitbewohnern (ggf. auch per Videocall via Zoom). Hierfür solltest du an einem der beiden Tage Zeit haben! Wenige Tage später geben wir dir bescheid, ob du schon bald bei uns einziehen kannst.
