Ich verlasse Berlin für zwei Wochen im Sommer und untervermiete für diese Zeit mein WG-Zimmer. Du wirst unmengen Platz, ein gemütliches Bett, einen großen Schreibtisch, eine gute Musikanlage und vielseitige Bibliothek nutzen können. Es gibt auch einen Balkon um morgens in der Sonne den ersten Kaffee trinken zu können. Danach wandert die Sonne leider hinter die gegenüberliegende Häuserfassade.

I subrent my room from 25th of july to 8th of august. You will find a cosy spacious place with a comfortably bed, a desk for working, a nice sound system, balcony and so on. You would live together with Nico (40) and Grace (23), who are both very nice persons. We are all busy with work and different projects, but we are not only roommates, we are also friends, and sometimes love to sit together and have a beer in the kitchen, which is also like our living room. If you are interested to rent the room for that short period, please write me an email with a short introducction of you.
Zwei Minuten vom Hermannplatz entfernt mit super Anbindung (U7, U8, diverse Busse), mehrere Supermärkte (Netto, Edeka, Perfetto, Aldi, Penny) gleich ums Eck, und natürlich mitten in Kreuzkölln gelegen mit seiner großen Bandbreite an Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsläden, Spätis usw.
Ein toller Falafelladen und ein 24/7 Späti sind auch gleich nebenan. Zu den Naherholungsplätzen Landwehrkanal und Hasenheide sinds kaum 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Küche ist unser Wohnzimmer, hier trifft man sich immer mal wieder spontan um einen Kaffee oder Bier zusammen zu trinken oder einmal mal kurz Hallo und Wie gehts? zu sagen. Alle in der WG sind sehr beschäftigt mit Jobs und Projekten, aber das Zusammenleben soll trotzdem kein reiner Zweck sein.
Du kannst mein Fahrrad für die Zeit benutzen, vom Hermannplatz aus ist man eigentlich überall hin ziemlich schnell damit.
