Es handelt sich um ein 1-Zimmer-Apartment im Studentenwohnheim Am Tappert. Das Wohnheim wurde im Oktober 2017 fertiggestellt, ist also sehr neu und nicht mal ein Jahr alt. Die Wohnung umfasst mit knapp 22 qm ein Zimmer mit eigener Küche und einem eigenen Bad, ist komplett möbliert und liegt im 3. Stock, wobei ein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Ich selbst habe mich entschieden in eine Wg zu ziehen und suche deshalb einen Untermieter für den September.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der Uni und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von ihr entfernt, sodass es ausreicht, wenn du 5 Minuten vor Veranstaltungsbeginn das Haus verlässt. Zum Einkaufen befinden sich Aldi, Lidl, Netto in unmittelbarer Nähe und zum Rewe ist es auch nicht weit. In die Stadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten.
Da es sich um ein Apartment in einem Studentenwohnheim handelt, müsstest du Student sein und eine Immatrikulationsbescheininung vorweisen können. Ich bin noch bis Mittwoch Abend in Bayreuth und würde mich freuen, wenn du dich bei mir meldest und auch so spontan Zeit hast um dir die Wohnung anzuschauen.
