ENG: I propose a 24 sqm Room for a limited time (the lenght can be discussed) in an approx. 170sqm Appartement over 2 levels.
I live there with my 19 years old son (we are both easy going and quiet)
the House is an open space to share.
we have 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with Bathtub - newly renovated 2019), high quality kitchen.
Several languages spoken, quiet.
NOTE: You can finalise with me the organsation of your room.
IMPORTANT: If you look for a WG to share most activities or inviting people all the time, look further please. Reason for it being, that I have very little time as a full time employee and my son is preparing his A-Levels.
At my place, you will find a great learning atmosphere or space to relax, and an international Mentality.
DEU: ich biete an : 24 qm Altbau mit Stuck (befristet - Dauer kann besprochen werden) in ca 170 qm großer Wohnung über 2 Etagen (Hochparterre + 1.OG) wo ich mit meinem 19 jährigen Sohn lebe (wir sind beide sehr offen, flexibel und ruhig).
NOTE: End-Gestaltung des Zimmers können wir gerne gemeinsam besprechen und umsetzen.Die Fotos sind wie es hiterlassen wurde.
mitHausbenutzung:
2 Bäder (großes Bad 2019 neu renoviert) - eins mit Dusche + andere mit Badewanne, hochwertige Küche. Mehrsprachig, ruhig.
IMPORTANT: Falls Du eine WG um viele Sachen gemeinsam zu unternehmen möchtest und beabsichtigst viele Leute einzuladen, such bitte lieber weiter.
Grund dafür ist, daß ich durch meiner Vollzeit Stelle sehr wenig Zeit zur Verfügung und daß mein Sohn gerade dies Jahr sein Abitur (Abi 2021 vorbereitet
Bei mir findet man die Ruhe zum studieren und/ oder auch entspannen, und eine internationale Mentalität.

Da es ein Zimmer ist, dass sich in meinem eigenen Wohnumgebung befindet, suche ich einen vertrauens- und respektvolle Austausch.
Die lezten Studenten/junge Beruftätigen war aus Brasilien, Russland und Bayern ;)) - Der letzter Abi-Schüler aus Myanmar konnte auf Grund von Covid-19 leider nicht kommen.
