The WG is on the 4th floor with (unfortunately) no elevator as it is an refurnished altbau. It has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room connected to an open kitchen area. WiFi is provided. Everything is furnished, you will just need to bring your personal items to settle in.
The room has 1 big bed, 1 night table, 1 clothes rack, 1 set of drawers & 1 bookshelf.

Die WG befindet sich im 4. Stock (leider) ohne aufzug, da es ein sanierte altbau ist. Gibt es 3 schlafzimmer, 2 badzimmer und 1 wohnzimmer verbunden mit einem offenen küchenbereich. WiFi ist vorhanden. Alles ist möbliert, sie müssen nur ihre persönlichen gegenstände mitbringen, um sich dort niederzulassen.
Das Zimmer verfügt über 1 großes bett, 1 nachttisch, 1 kleiderständer, 1 satz schubladen und 1 bücherregal.
The apartment is a 3min walk to Wedding U-Bahn, and 5min walk to Wedding S-Bahn (Ring), there is also a bus that takes you to Berlin HBF in 15mins. There are several spätis & late night döner shops in the area for your convenience, as well as, local breweries and restaurants. The street itself is quiet and very residential.

Die wohnung ist 3min zu fuß von der Wedding Ubahn und 5min von der Wedding S-Bahn entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Bus, der sie in 15min nach Berlin HBF bringt. Da sind viele späti, döner shops, bräuerei und restaurants in der gegend für ihre bequemlichkeit. Die straße ist ruhig und wohnlich.
We are a WG of 1 couple + 1 lady. 2 of us are working full-time and 1 person is currently completing his master's degree. We spend most of the day out at work/uni, and most nights at home. Sometimes we would also travel out of Berlin for work for some period of time. At home, we cook often and have a full kitchen that everyone shares. Sometimes we invite friends over for small dinners but no wild parties as our neighbours have small children. We welcome stayover visitors e.g. if friends/ family are visiting you, but appreciate a heads-up before. We also like to keep the apartment clean.

Wir sind eine WG von 1 paar + 1 frau. 2 von uns arbeiten in vollzeit und 1 person absolviert derzeit ihren Master-Abschluss. Wir verbringen den großteil des tages auf der arbeit / uni, und die meisten nächte zu hause. Manchmal reisten wir auch aus Berlin zur arbeit. Manchmal laden wir freunde zu abendessen ein, aber keine wild partys, da unseren nachbarn kleine kinder haben. Wir begrüßen die besucher von aufenthalt z. wenn freunde / familie sie besuchen. Lass es uns vorher wissen. Wir halten auch gerne die wohnung sauber.
