Hallo, ich vermiete mein grosses Zimmer unter, vom 15. Februar bis zum 20. April (exakte Dauer ist verhandelbar). Das Zimmer ist etwa 25m2 gross, hat einen eigenen Balkon, ist möbliert und kommt mit einem wunderbaren MG-Mitbewohner :) In der Wohnung gibts dazu eine grosse Küche, Badezimmer und einen Abstellraum zu benutzen.
Hey y´all, I´m renting my bright room, approximately 25m2, with a balcony from February 16 to April 20 (exact duration negotiable). The room is fully furnished, including: New bed, desk, sofa, cupoards, a lot of plants and some art. It would be a big plus if you like plants and could water my darlings during the sublet! :-) In the apartement, there is a relatively large kitchen with a seperate storage room and a bathroom with shower / bathtub.
Die Wohnung ist im Wedding, das aufkommende Quartier Berlins ;-). Zwischen U Osloer Strasse und S Wollankstrasse gelegen, Supermarkt und Spätis in Gehweite.
The apartement is in Wedding towards Mitte, in between the public transport stops U Osloer Strasse and S Wollankstrasse. The lovely little river Panke lies directly behind the house and from the Balcony you look down on the small Harald-Juhnke Park. A lot of Spätis, Döners and supermarkets are in walking distance between 5 and 10 minutes. The apartement is in a relatively calm street, however there are also some cool bars in walking distance.
Ich, Simeon, 26, bin Doktorand in Geschichte, mein Mitbewohner Hassen studiert etwas mit Computern an der TU und arbeitet nebenher. Wir kochen oft etwas zusammen, trinken ein Bierchen oder gehen aus, also keine Zweck-WG, wir mögen es, gerne Zeit mit dem jeweils anderen Mitbewohner zu verbringen.
Das Zimmer wird temporär frei, weil ich eine längere Reise in ein Archiv machen muss. Ist also perfekt für Leute, die einfach etwas günstiges für einen kürzeren Zeitraum suchen.
We are two people living in the apartement: My roommate Hassen does something with tech. Myself, I recently started a PhD in history here in Berlin.
The room is temporarily free because I have to do a longer trip due to my PhD. Perfect for people who're looking for a cheap temporary room.
