Hello lovely people, we just moved into this great apartment and currently looking for a fine flatmate to join us for a longer time.
The room is with 25 squaremeters the biggest in the flat and has a direkt access to the huge and sunny balcony with an amazing panorama of the Berlin skyline.
The flat Is clean, bright and in really good shape with kitchen, bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and functioning dishwasher. You will share the flat with your friendly flatmates Valerian and Jin.
The house is a classic "Plattenbau", but completely renowated and "leveled up" with 24/7h concierge, parking, elevator and more fancy stuff.
Of course, the price is quite a bummer - but you will get two cool flatmates, a cosy room and an amazing view over the city!
We live very central (U Stadtmitte), tourist attractions, shops and public transport are around the corner. The famous bars of Kreuzberg just a very short trip away. In generally the neighbourhood is calm and probably a bit better situated
We are both freelancer and working in the fields of design, art and media - partly at home and partly in our office. We know each other from our study and decided to fight the crazy living situation in Berlin and move together. The flat is quite new and therefore missing still a few amenities - but we are working on this issue.
We value privacy but also enjoying each others company with beer, coffee and lasagna.
This isnt a "Zweck-WG", but we are also grown-ups and very much respecting if someone needs space for themselfes.
However, in general, I guess we are releaxed, open and friendly - so you wont have bad times with us :)
It would be nice to get to know each other a bit better. So please write a few details about you. And it would also be nice to know, if you are currently in Berlin and got a bit of time for a short meeting, or if you prefer Skype.
