The 14qm furnished flat is suitable for 1 person. It has an own entrance, is furnished with single bed, table chair, armchair, 1 cupboards for clothes, shelf, and kichenette plus bath (shower, toilet). The washing machine is also avaiable for use in the house plus the veranda and garden.
Linen, duvets, cushions, towels, dishes etc. are also in the flat.
You can have WLAN-use in your room.

You are coming workwise to Stuttgart and need a quiet furnished place to stay shortterm or longer, then contact me. Our flat is vacant and you have a separate house entrance. Our house with garden is in one of the best of Stuttgarts residential areas on the hilltop Killesberg. The flat is in the house my grandparents built 90 years ago and and I inherited it from my parents. We then renovated it. I share the house with lovely people with temorary or longterm lease contracts, or also airbnb.
