There is a temporary vacancy in our lovely 5-person shared flat in the third district!! From July 1st till mid-September Michelle is on a workaway in the mountains.
Offer: A room of approx. 22m², 450 Euros rent.
The flat has a total size of 175 m². Currently one girl and four boys live here (a Romanic languages student, a visual information designer, a philosophy student, a DJ, and a sociology student). The kitchen is quite spacious, we have two refrigerators and all kinds of kitchen appliances. We also have a dishwasher! There is a separate sitting (!) toilet and a large bathroom.
We are looking for a relaxed, chill person who is down for sitting and talking about God, life, music, films, books, ideology, food, culture, depression, minipigs, and love. We will encourage you in any of the following addictions: sports, chess, smoking, DJ-ing, bars, games, soft drinks, and cooking. Mutual respect is important.
A meeting in person or a zoom conversation is possible at any time by appointment. Just contact us!

Rasumofsky-WG
The flat is in a great location, with the 4A bus stopping right outside the front door. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Rochusmarkt and the U3. Wien Mitte is only 8 minutes away, there is a shopping centre as well as U4, U3, and S-Bahn.
There is a Hofer supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance you will find the post office, bank branches, other supermarkets, drugstores etc.
In 2 minutes you can reach the Danube Canal and in 10 minutes the beautiful Prater. In only 20 minutes you can reach the Danube Island by bike. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard.
