Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, leise, hell und dennoch nicht zu heiß im Sommer - Dank Nordseite. Es ist mit Bett, Sofa und Schreibtisch ausgestattet - und mit einem unvergleichbaren Ausblick über die Gleise und Dächer Schönefelds! Hinweis: die Einrichtung wird aufgrund eines Umzug von den Bildern abweichen.
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock eines Altbaus mit 5 Zimmern, 2 großen Badezimmern, einem geräumigen Flur und einer hellen Küche mit Balkon - zum sonnigen Hinterhof, den wir uns mit den restlichen WGs und Mitbewohner*innen im Haus teilen. Nicht zu vergessen ist unser zweiter Balkon mit Panoramablick.

The room is 16 sqm large, quiet, bright and furnished - with a remarkable view over train tracks and the roofs of Schönefeld! As there‘s some change within the flat community, the interior of the room will be different to the picture;)
The building is fairly old, hence you'll have a high ceiling. There are 5 rooms, 2 large bathrooms, a spacious corridor and our kitchen with lots of light and a balcony facing the sunny backyard. We also share the backyard with the other flats in the house. We also have a balcony facing the Mariannenstraße.
Die Lage der WG ist kaum zu toppen!
Die Eisenbahnstraße mit Döner, Falafel, Cafés & Bars ist direkt um die Ecke. Zum Kaufland oder Konsum braucht es auch nicht mehr als 10 Minuten und bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man mit der Tram oder dem Rad weniger als 10 Minuten.

The Eisenbahnstraße with kebab, falafel, cafés and bars is just around the corner. Also for getting groceries everything is very close, especially the Pöge-Haus where we pick up our vegetables and our Foodcoop "LOstFood". Also the city center and main station is in reach in less than 10 min with the tram or bicycle.
Leben wirst du zusammen mit Johannes, Camille, Hellen und Ludwig. Wir führen ein vertrautes und gemeinsames Zusammenleben in der WG. Uns ist wichtig, dass jede*r sich zuhause und wohl fühlt und wir Zeit miteinander verbringen. Wir kochen und essen gerne zusammen, verquatschen uns oft in der Küche oder aufm Balkon und machen kleinere Unternehmungen in der Nachbarschaft und auch größere Ausflüge z.B. an Seen.
Wir teilen all unser Essen und unsere Lebensmittel in der Küche - sog. Kühlschrankkommunismus ;) Einen Großteil unseres Gemüses bekommen wir von einer solidarischen Landwirtschaft (dadurch kommen nochmal 18€ auf die Miete drauf).

Currently Johannes, Camille, Hellen and Ludiwg are living in our flat. Our WG-life is familiar and close. For us it's important that everyone is feeling comfortable and well at home and to know what's happening in each others lives and to spend time together. We like to cook together, spend time and talk in the kitchen or on the balconies and go out in our neighborhood or for longer trips to lakes.
We share all our food in the kitchen and obtain most of our vegetables from a Solawi (solidarische Landwirtschaft, "community supported agriculture" - it's 18€ per month and already included in the rent).
Um mehr über uns zu erfahren, melde dich gern mit ein paar Zeilen, am besten über WG-Gesucht, sodass wir einen Termin finden und uns bei einem persönlichen Zusammensitzen gegenseitig kennenlernen können.
