Die S-Bahn fährt im 3 bis 5 Minuten Takt in die Innenstadt, somit bist du in 14 Minuten am Marienplatz.
Ansonsten ist die Tram 19 und mehrere Busse direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung ist außerdem im DriveNow und Car2Go Gebiet und es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.
Der Stadtpark ist super zum Joggen und in 100m zu erreichen.
Im Umkreis von 200 m ist alles da, wie z.B.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Pasing train station.
The S-Bahn runs every 3 to 5 minutes to the city centre, so you can reach Marienplatz in 14 minutes.

The city park is great for jogging and 100m away.

Ich suche einen ruhigen MitbewohnerIN, der einen geregelten Tagesablauf hat und der nicht unbedingt gerade vom "Hotel-Mama" ausgezogen ist und täglich Freunde einlädt und bis in den Nachmittag pennt oder nachtaktiv ist. Ich habe immer einen langen Arbeitstag und stehe spätestens um 6 Uhr in der Früh auf und gehe um 22 Uhr in Bett.
Ansonsten wohnt noch mein Hund in der Wohnung, der absolut leise und gut erzogen ist.
