Dein Zimmer wäre komplett möbliert - Einzelbett, das sich zu einem großen Bett ausklappen lässt, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Stuhl. Außerdem steht die Küche inklusive gemütlicher Chillecke zur Allgemeinbenutzung zur Verfügung.
I am looking for a new flatmate for one months. Your room is completely furnished with a bed, closet, desk and chair. The flat also has a big living room and fully equipped kitchen with a comfy chillout lounge.
Mitten in der Südvorstadt gelegen und nur 5 min zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße ist, ist es nachts ziemlich ruhig. Supermarkt befindet sich um die Ecke.

Ich, 29, Remote Job (ich arbeite also von daheim) viele Interessen, suche nach einer offenen Person. Ich habe oft Besuch da oder bin viel unterwegs. Deswegen kann es auch mal zeitweise wie eine Zweck WG wirken. Ich bin dennoch immer offen was gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Alles kann, nichts muss.
Außerdem koche und Handwerke ich sehr gerne und bin großer Fan einer harmonischen WG Kultur in der du selbstverständlich aber auch ohne Bedenken deine Tür schließen kannst wenn dir mal nach Privatsphäre ist. Ich suche nach einer Person die unter der Woche nach 22 Uhr auch ihre Ruhe genießt, jedoch auch nichts dagegen hat wenn es mal alle paar Wochen am Wochenende etwas lauter wird. Außerdem ist es mir wirklich wichtig, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad) immer ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen werden ❤️
I am looking for an easygoing and openminded person. but even if you are looking for privacy there is no problem closing your door and have time for yourself. I respect that.
Furthermore i am looking for someone who also loves a quiet home after 10 pm during the week but has nothing against if once in a while it could be a bit louder. Its also very important for me that the kitchen and bathroom are kept very tidy, so please write me if you know how to keep a household clean :)
