Hallo meine Lieben!

Ich suche für mein Leerstehendes Zimmer, in einer wunderschönen renovierten Altbau Wohnung in Wedding, eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in :)

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon und einen kleinen Abstellraum, welchen du als Kleiderschrank verwenden kannst :)

Küche und Badezimmer sind frisch renoviert und das Badezimmer verfügt über einen ebenerdige Dusche, eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine :)

Ich selber würde mich als sehr offenen, freundlichen und herzlichen Mitbewohner bezeichnen, der viele Jahre WG Erfahrung mitsich bringt und auf eine freundliche Person hofft. :)

Wichtig wäre mir ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit. Ist eigentlich Standard, jedoch habe ich da so meine Erfahrungen gemacht :)

Gerne freue ich ich auch über gemeinsaes Kochen (ich bin vegetarier :) ), und hin und wieder auf ein Gläschen Wein :)

Die WG sollte nicht zu einer Party WG werden, wobei du natürlich bei bedarf gerne auch mal eine Party schmeißen darfst!
Ich selber habe eine lange Feier Phase hinter mir, und nehme es zur Zeit grade etwas ruhiger :)

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön und 2 Minuten vom Wedding S-Bahn und U-Bahn Hof entfernt.
Der nächste Netto ist 3 Minuten entfernt und zum nächsten Späti kommst du innerhalb von 10 Sekunden :)

Ich freue ich auf deine Anfrage. Zimmerbesichtigung wäre heute/morgen/übermorgen möglich :)

I'm looking for my vacant room, in a beautiful renovated old building in Wedding, a nice roommate:)

The room has a balcony and a small storage room, which you can use as a wardrobe :)

Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtube and a washing machine :)

I would call myself a very open, friendly and warm roommate, who brings many years of WG experience with me and i hope for a friendly person. :)

It would be important to me to have a degree of cleanliness. Is actually standard, but I have made my experiences so :)

I am also happy to cook with you (I am vegetarian :)), and every now and then for a glass of wine :)

The flat share should not become a party WG, anyway of course you are welcome to throw a party if needed!
I myself have a long celebration phase behind me, and I take it a little bit quieter at the moment :)

The apartment is really super nice and 2 minutes walk away from the Wedding S-Bahn and U-Bahn.
The next Netto Supermarket is 3 minutes away and you'll be in Späti within 10 seconds.
