WG Leben vom Feinsten! Im 6.OG wurde hier eine schöne Design - 6er WG saniert und neu eingerichtet. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung für maximal 6 Bewohner ist mit einem hochwertigen Boden, weißen Wänden und zwei modernen Bädern in schicker Optik mit Dusche und WC zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ausgestattet.
Die Zimmer beinhalten ein geräumiges Bett, einen offenen Kleiderschrank, Flachbild-TV, Nachttischablage, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bettwäsche (Kopfkissen 80x80, Bettdecke 140x200) und die passenden Bettbezüge. Zusätzlich ist jedes Zimmer der Etage mit einem eigenen WLAN-Router mit 6.000 kBit/s Leitung ausgestattet.
In der WG gibt es einen komplett mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr eingerichteten, offenen Küchenbereich mit Elektroherd, Spülmaschine sowie Sitzgelegenheiten für die gemeinsame Nutzung aller Gäste. Des Weiteren steht unseren Gästen ein großer Kühl-Gefrierschrank sowie ein Münz-Waschtrockner zur Verfügung.
Die sechste Etage wird wöchentlich in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen professionell gereinigt.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 300m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, direkt im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel. Alle Banken befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür oder in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Bahnhofsviertel in Frankfurt ist das absolute Szeneviertel mit einer perfekten Anbindung an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, ein Mix aus multikultureller Gesellschaft, wozu hier auch das traditionelle Rotlicht-Milieu zählt. Viele Bars, Clubs, Cafés, Restaurants und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden unsere Gäste direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Entspannen lädt in der direkten Nähe der Main mit seinen Grünanlagen ein.
The complete 6th floor of the residential house (elevator available), in which the all-inclusive room is located, was completely renovated by us in 2019 and now 6 rooms are available for our guests on the whole floor.
The equipment of each room includes a spacious bed, an open wardrobe, flat screen TV, bedside table, desk, desk chair, bed linen (pillow 80x80, duvet 140x200) and the matching bed covers.
In addition, each room on the floor is equipped with its own WIFI router with 6,000 kBit/s cable line. In the shared flat there is an open kitchen area completely furnished with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils with electric cooker, dishwasher, as well as seating for the common use of all guests.
Our guests have a large fridge-freezer and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC for the shared use of all flat residents. A modern coin-operated tumble dryer is also available for our guests.
The 6th floor is professionally cleaned weekly in the communal areas. The location is very central, 300m away from the main station, directly in the Frankfurt railway station area, all banks are directly in front of the front door or in direct proximity.
Frankfurts Bahnhofsviertel is the absolute trendy district with a perfect connection to all public transport, a mix of multicultural society, including the traditional red light milieu. Many bars, clubs, cafés, restaurants and all shopping facilities are right on our doorstep.
The river Main with its green areas invites you to relax in the near vicinity.
Das Bahnhofsviertel befindet sich mitten im Herzen der Stadt, die Elbestraße nur 3-5 Fußminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, es gibt ein großes Angebot an Gastronomie und Nachtclubs (Rotlichtviertel) genauso viele Geschäfte jeglicher Art in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Der Main mit seinen Anlagen auch nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Die Bewohnerstruktur des Viertels sehr international mit Multi-Kulti Flair.
The quarter around the main station is in the heart of the city, Elbestraße is only 3-5 minutes walk to the mainstation, there is a big offer of restaurants, bars, night clubs (redlight district) and cafes also there are a lot of shops where you can buy everything you need. The river Main is also only a 5 minutes walk. The area is very international a multi-culture zone.
Insgesamt stehen auf der Etage 6 modern möbilierte Zimmer zur Verfügung, welche einzeln vergeben werden.
Ideal auch für Interessenten, die projektbezogen in der Stadt arbeiten, aber auch für Studenten + Praktikanten, die zentral wohnen wollen, eine gute Wahl.

Unser Angebot an WG-Zimmern in Frankfurt ist groß, sowohl im Bahnhofsviertel wie auch in anderen beliebten Stadtteilen. Die all inkl. monatlichen Zimmerpreise variieren in den zentralen Lagen ab € 700,- je nach Zimmergröße, Einzel-/oder Doppelbettgröße, Buchungsdauer und Zeitraum, insofern lohnt es sich immer mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen und die aktuellen Angebote abzufragen.
Einheitlich in allen Objekten sind die Konditionen bzgl. Kaution, hier gilt immer 1 Monatsgebühr, welche bei Buchung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und welche innerhalb 2 Woche nach ordnungsgem. Rückgabe des Zimmers zurückgezahlt wird.
Einheitlich in allen Objekten ist auch eine einmalige Endreinigungspauschale in Höhe von € 250,-.
