Nur zur Zwischenmiete für 2 Wochen
Da ich für 2 Wochen weg bin, biete ich mein Zimmer im schönen Friedrichshain an. Ideal für Leute, die auf Wohnungssuche sind und erstmal etwas zum Ankommen sind oder für eine kurze Zeit in Berlin sind.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen. Im Rest der Wohnung gibt es noch einen großen Flur, eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und ein Bad mit Duschwanne.
Since I will be away for 2 weeks, I offer my beautiful room in Friedrichsain for these two weeks. The room is light, open, 13qm big. I will rent the room with a bed, closet, couch, desk, etc..
The other rooms are shared. The kitchen holds a washing machine and a dish washer and the bathroom a bath tub in which you can also take a shower.
Die Lage ist top. Nicht weit vom Boxi, U-Bahnhaltestelle Weberwiese direkt vor der Tür. Viele Restaurants, Läden etc fußläufig zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in Friedrichshain and there is a u-train station (Weberwiese) directly in front of the door. Also everything else you need (shops, cafes, restaurants) is close by in walking distance.
Das WG-leben ist relativ entspannt. Alle sind berufstätig. Man trifft sich öfter mal in der Küche und quatscht ein bisschen oder unternimmt auch mal was. Wie man halt Lusten hat :)
Geschirr weg räumen und seine Putzaufgaben erledigen gehört aber natürlich trotzdem dazu ;)
it's pretty much relaxed living here. :)
but also the normal duties like cleaning the own dishes etc... belong to a happy wg-life
