Das angebotene Zimmer ist Teil einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer welches am Wochenende gerne zum gemeinsamen Vortrinken genutzt wird.
Das Zimmer an sich liegt zum Innenhof, es gelangt also nicht sonderlich viel Lärm ins Zimmer.
Die U-Bahn Horner Rennbahn ist innerhalb 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alle 5 Minuten gelangt man dann mit der U2 oder U4 Richtung Innenstadt - 8 Minuten bis Berliner Tor und 10 bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Ich selbst habe in dem anderen Zimmer in der Wohnung gelebt und bin nun für ein Jahr in Australien. Für mich ist eine gute Freundin eingezogen, die nun einen neuen Mitbewohner sucht.
Wir haben oft Freunde zu Besuch und das Wochenende startet manchmal auch schon Donnerstags ;)
Wir würden uns also jemanden wünschen mit dem man gut und gerne auch mal ein Bier zu viel trinken kann.
Da ich mich zur Zeit in Australien befinde, bin ich Deutschland 8 Stunden voraus, wundert euch also nicht falls ich nicht sofort antworte.
