I'm Kelly and I'm leaving Germany to go back in Paris, i was doing voluntary work in a school and it will end by the end of November. My room is going to be free from December/January.
It is full furnished, you have a bed, a table, a lot of place to tidy your belonging, you have 5 place to tidy your clothes, shoes and other stuff (I will add pictures). Two windows and two heatings that you can regulate as you want. There are two plugs.
The rent is 260e and the other bill for internet is around 30e but it is shared with the others roomates.
You are in the center of the city, in St Johann Markt. You have the bus in 3min walking, the tram line in 3min walking and the train station in 10min walking.
There are a lot of shop near the place, in 5min walking you are in.
There are Lidl, Aldi and EDEKA just near the room, in 10min walking you are there. A lot of fastfood if you are lazy to cook something too (it helps a lot).
Currently I'm leaving with two girls, Justina is 20 and goes to the university of Saarbrucken and Xiaoni is 26 but she leaves her room soon because she is done with university. However, Justina is very cool and kind. She helped me a lot when i arrived in the appartment, she is very kind you can ask her whatever you want, any requiries she will be there.
We share the bathroom : there is a shower and toilet, a place to tidy yourbath stuff such as soap, toothpast ... and the kitchen, there is an oven hot plates, a fridge where you can stock your food. You will have to buy your own materials but if you want i can give you mine for 30e (2 saucepan and a lot of kitchen utensil).
So, the room will be availaible from December/January, the rent is 260e + around 30e for the internet bill and the caution is 520e . Voilà !
